PROCESSING TIME
All FurEver Proud products are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your item ships.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days after production
- Total time from order to delivery: approximately 5-12 business days
International:
- Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days after production
- Total time from order to delivery: approximately 12-27 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping costs for orders under $50 and all international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

If you refuse delivery due to customs charges, the package may be returned to us. We will refund the cost of the products minus shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@fureverproud.com. We can only update addresses before the order enters production.

- High volume periods (holidays, sales)
- Weather events
- Carrier delays

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please refer to our Refund Policy for steps to resolve the issue.
For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund based on the investigation results.
