RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at FurEver Proud.

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

All FurEver Proud products are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-printed after you place your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- Design and slogan text
- Size selection (refer to our size charts on each product page)
- Color choice
- Shipping address

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to defect or damage:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@fureverproud.com
- Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- Include your order number in your email

We will review your claim within 2 business days and provide instructions for resolution.

PRINTING ERRORS

If we made an error in printing your order (wrong design, wrong size sent, missing items), we will replace the item at no cost to you. Contact us at support@fureverproud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the incorrect item.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us immediately at support@fureverproud.com. We will work with our shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your package is delivered to that address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we can reship it to the correct address. You will be responsible for paying the reshipping cost.

LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number
- Wait 2 business days (sometimes packages are marked delivered before actual delivery)

If after these steps you still have not received your package, contact us at support@fureverproud.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund depending on the carrier's investigation results.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
